Our Negotiation Process - How it works!
1. Contact us to discuss services and scope of work – our team will then provide you with a customized quote.
2. Review & sign client services agreement that details pricing & scope of work for the engagement.
3. Our team will complete the onboarding process to obtain any necessary materials that we need to negotiate with payers such as W9’s, provider rosters, demographic grids, etc.
4. We will perform diligence of existing contracts, fee schedules, amendments and compare those against public competitor data on allowed rates
5. Craft a unique, practice specific strategy that encompases your organization’s goals
6. Begin outreach to payers to negotiate rates, language and administrative components of your payer contracts.
7. Perform analytics / contract modeling of all proposals – sent and received from payer to provide clarity to practice on impact to revenue and cash forecasts
8. Align on reimbursement and contractual language that satisfy both parties.
9. Work with provider and payer to credential and necessary providers and or locations to get target effective date of new contract.
10. Coordinate execution of new agreement, collect signatures from both parties and assist practice on implementation of the new rates into billing systems to ensure revenue integrity post execution.
